With 15 years in high tech spanning software verification, technical support and leadership roles, Eric's perspective bridges technology, HR systems and business execution. Since transitioning into HR technology in 2010, he has worked with leading HCM platforms, including ADP Workforce Now, Dayforce, BambooHR, Oracle HCM and SAP SuccessFactors.
